Pre-School Classes
The Club operates classes through its "Early Gym" section for 3 years old to school age.
The aim of the classes is to give the children an experience of gymnastics in a structured environment. To this end a selection of Mini Gymnastics Equipment has been purchased. This includes Mini Asymmetric Bars, Low Beam, Mini Trampoline, Mini Vault set up and Slope, all with associated matting.
The sessions are centred on the British Gymnastics Pre School Proficiency Awards. Various other rewards are also offered to encourage each child to take part to the best of their ability. These include a selection of stickers, which some children avidly collect, and a final "smiley Face" sticker which all work hard for and is awarded to two children for performing nicely or some other aspect of the class.
Recreational Classes
Four Classes are offered, Infants, Juniors, Seniors and Adults.
All of the classes adopt the same format. The aims are to give all participants the opportunity to achieve. Raise their self-esteem, take part in a disciplined environment (due to the hazards some of the equipment may present) and have fun.
The opportunity exists for all to try and achieve the various awards offered by British Gymnastics in the BAGA Awards (8 - 1) and the apparatus Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards, in Floor and Vault and Rebound, which are a little more challenging.
The club has also developed a Gold, Silver and Bronze Award in Flexibility and Strength/Conditioning (In both cases a set of achievement criteria developed by others was used as the basis for these awards).
Invitational Classes
Development Squads (Boys and Girls).
The club operates two streams of competitive gymnastics. This stream is mainly young out of age gymnasts. Each group, boys and girls, focus on key core skills coupled with Flexibility and Strength/Conditioning Training. An element of fun is maintained in order for the groups to enjoy their gymnastics.
A trial period is offered initially whereby if it is felt that a child is not able to cope or they find the sessions too demanding then they can still enjoy their gymnastics by rejoining the recreational group they came from.
Competition Squads (Boys and Girls).
All of these groups work hard towards taking part in various Club, County and National Competitions.
Representation in various South West Teams have been achieved along with British and South West Champions.

Special Needs Classes
The club was approached to deliver gymnastics classes within the school curriculum timetable. Classes were undertaken in Alderman Knight School, Tewkesbury, Belmont School and Bettridge School in Cheltenham.
January 2010 saw the club make a successful application to 'Dragons Den'. This was a special group of disabled youngsters set up by GCC to vet applications from prospective providers of sporting activities for disabled impaired children.
An award of £3000 enabled the club to offer after school classes to Milestones school which was accepted. It also enabled it to provide extra support to others in the mainstream classes enabling them to enjoy the sessions offered by the club.
