Pricing Policy

The following represents the pricing policy of Rowan Gymnastics Club. Through this method it is hoped that potential members are not penalised with large sums to be paid out with no refund, and not enjoying the first or even second sessions.

Recreational Classes.

Week 1 - Arrive and participate, payment request will be for a single session.

Week 2 - Arrive and participate, payment request will be for a single session.

If the child has enjoyed the first two sessions and the intention is to register with the club on a more permanent basis, then a decision is requested to be made. The club's recreational section operates on a school half term basis and payment for the relevant number of weeks is requested at the start of the half term. This fee is non refundable.

Also, on top of the fee, it is a requirement of the club to register every member with British Gymnastics. British Gymnastics requests a payment once a year, payable on 1 October. No reduction can normally be negotiated for less than a year. The club has no control over this registration fee and any administration charges would be kept to a minimum (currently there is no addition).

Competition Groups.

These groups are by invitation only. Fees requested on a banded principle and any request would reflect the amount of hours any particular gymnast trains. Fees are invoiced monthly.
