Invitational Classes

Women’s Artistic Development Squads (Girls) – The club operates two streams of competitive gymnastics. This stream is mainly for young developing gymnasts and gymnasts focus on key core skills coupled with flexibility and strength/conditioning training. An element of fun is maintained so that groups enjoy their gymnastics. A trial period is offered initially whereby if it is felt that a child is not able to cope, or they find the sessions too demanding then they can still enjoy their gymnastics by rejoining the recreational group they came from.

Women’s Artistic Competition Squads (Girls) – All competition squads work hard towards taking part in various Club, County and National Competitions. Representation in various South West Teams have been achieved along with South West Champions. Gymnasts would be invited to trial for the competition squad and if passed, a trial period is offered initially whereby if it is felt that a child is not able to cope, or they find the sessions too demanding then they can still enjoy their gymnastics by rejoining the recreational group they came from.
