Gymnasts develop their fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and control by participating in one of our classes.

Our Recreational Classes

We have a range of classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Find the right class for you or your children. 

Parent & Child

Give your little ones the best start to their gymnastics journey with our parent and toddler sessions. 

Pre-School

Our Pre-School classes are aimed at 3 year olds to school age and is a great way to build on their confidence. 

Infant

From school age to 7 year olds these sessions are specifically designed to aid skills and development.

Junior

For 7-10 year olds to reach their full potential and build essential self-esteem.

Senior

For 10-18 year olds looking to work more independently on perfecting their technique.

Great club. Lovely friendly staff throughout from admin to coaches.My daughter has been going since age 2 and she is now nearly 5 she still struggles with transitions and Molly and Amy are fab at supporting and encouraging her to go in. They always go the extra Mile to help.

Rowan gymnastics is a professional fun and lovely environment for your child to embrace their interest and passion in gymnastics. The coaches are fantastic and all the staff are really helpful. All staff are approachable should you need anything or have anything to discuss .Excellent club, excellent facilities and excellent staff.

My daughter has additional needs, and I was worried about sending her to a club of any kind. I had a nice sit down with a couple of staff members at Rowan Gymnastics and they completely understood my concerns. Susie was brought in to meet her instructors and got on with them immediately. They were caring and completely understanding of her needs. They integrated her into the classes at large, and treated her no differently than the other students in the class, while still being mindful of when things got overwhelming.I cannot recommend Rowan Gymnastics enough.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to the sessions. Beth is amazing and gives my daughter the time she needs to learn new skills whilst also adapting the sessions to include her!

My children have been going to Rowan for several years now. They absolutely love it and have developed so much. The coaches are all fantastic and always very helpful and friendly. Especially Beth, she's magnificent.
