Welcome to Rowan Gymnastics Club

At Rowan Gymnastics club we offer a dedicated and friendly venue for any member of the community to participate safely in amateur gymnastics. The benefits of Gymnastics are huge and include increasing an individual’s fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and control. In addition to physical improvements, continued participation in gymnastics can also provide additional life skill benefits such as focus, concentration, discipline, dedication, sportsmanship and social interaction. The club is a British Gymnastics registered club and conform to all the regulations set by British Gymnastics.
