Adult Gymnastics
We run an adult class on a Wednesday 18.45 to 20.15. The cost for the one and a half hour training session is £9.00.
There are no entry criteria; we welcome everyone whether they have previous experience or if they are a complete beginner. British Gymnastics membership is required from the third session for insurance purposes.
The sessions are open and our coaches Mark and Nicky will be there to advise and coach you accordingly.

Our Early-Gym is aimed at 3 year olds to school age and is a great way to build on their confidence.
From school age to 7 year olds this sessions is specifically designed to aid skills and development.
