Infant Gymnastics
Our infant sessions are aimed at school age children to 7 years of age. Following a fun and active warm-up session, gymnasts work on floor skills and then are split into groups and rotate around the apparatus.
The classes give all participants the opportunity to achieve and raise their self-esteem and take part in a disciplined, safe and fun environment. Many gymnastics skills are taught and lessons are planned so that skills are built upon session by session.

Our Recreational Classes
We have a range of classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Fine the right class for you or your children.
Give your little ones the best start to their gymnastics journey with our parent and toddler sessions.
Our Pre-School classes are aimed at children 3 year olds to school age and is a great way to build on their confidence.
Rise Award Scheme
The opportunity exists for all pre-school, infant and junior gymnasts to try and achieve the awards offered by British Gymnastics Rise award schemes and usually takes place twice a year. Senior gymnasts have the opportunity to work towards British Gymnastics Rise Explore and Excel awards at any time. Once a gymnast passes one of the awards parents have the option to purchase the corresponding medal and certificate for their child’s achievement.
