Pre-School Classes
The Club operates pre-school classes for gymnasts 3 years old to school age, with the aim of developing each gymnasts balance, co-ordination and action skills. The classes give the children an experience of gymnastics in a structured environment.
For our pre-school sessions we have a selection of Mini Gymnastics Equipment. This includes Mini Bar, Low Beam, Mini Trampoline, Mini Vault set up and Slope, all with associated matting. Various rewards are offered to encourage each child to take part to the best of their ability.

From school age to 7 year olds this sessions is specifically designed to aid skills and development.
Rise Award Scheme
The opportunity exists for all pre-school, infant and junior gymnasts to try and achieve the awards offered by British Gymnastics Rise award schemes and usually takes place twice a year. Senior gymnasts have the opportunity to work towards British Gymnastics Rise Explore and Excel awards at any time. Once a gymnast passes one of the awards parents have the option to purchase the corresponding medal and certificate for their child’s achievement.
